The right thing to build

Discovery
Discovery clarifies the problem before a solution is chosen: who has it, how often, what they do today, and what it costs them.
Product strategy
Strategy states where the product is going and, as important, what it will not do. Priorities follow from that choice.
Experiments
An experiment tests one assumption cheaply. It states the question, the method and what result would change the decision.
Requirements
Requirements turn a decision into something a team can build and check: the behaviour, the constraints, and how completion will be judged.
Feedback
Feedback from real use goes back into the plan. It is gathered on a schedule, sorted by theme and compared against what was expected.
